What you get

A plan you can act on, not a slide deck

Stage one, where you are now

  • A technology stack audit with gap analysis.
  • An operational touchpoint map.
  • A data architecture and hygiene assessment.
  • A baseline of any AI already in informal use, measured against the Australian Guidance for AI Adoption.

Stage two, the opportunity

  • A prioritised list of AI and automation use cases, scored by effort and impact.
  • A build-versus-buy and configure-versus-custom decision for each priority.
  • An honest read on how much new process the team can absorb.

Stage three, the direction

  • A model of projected impact on margins and team capacity.
  • A phased delivery plan with go or no-go points and indicative investment.
  • Criteria naming the areas where the recommendation is to do groundwork before building.
How it works

Ten days, end to end

Day 1Discovery workshop with the founder or executive sponsor.
Days 2 to 4Process mapping and stakeholder interviews.
Days 5 to 6Data and systems assessment.
Days 7 to 8Roadmap drafting and validation.
Days 9 to 10Final report and recommendation workshop.

Founder-led Australian businesses of roughly 20 to 200 staff, where manual operations have become a constraint on growth, get the most from the audit. You will end the engagement with clear, defensible answers: where AI can most quickly create value, what it costs to get there, what should be built first, and what should wait.

Questions

What founders ask before booking

Why 10 days?

Less than 10 days is shallow. More than 10 days starts to look like a project rather than an audit. Ten days is the right shape for an SME engagement: long enough to get to substance, short enough that you can act on it without exhausting the leadership team.

Who do we need to make available?

The founder or executive sponsor for approximately one day across the engagement, a finance or operations lead for approximately one day, and access to a small number of operational stakeholders for typically four to eight hours each. We work around your schedule.

What if AI is not the right answer for us right now?

The audit produces an honest recommendation. If our finding is that you are not ready for production AI operations, we will say so and recommend the lower-cost steps that get you ready. The audit fee covers the work either way.

What happens after the audit?

You receive the roadmap, costed phase-one plan, and recommendation. You decide whether to proceed with VeloBridge, take the roadmap and execute internally, or seek a second opinion. There is no obligation to engage us for the build phase.

Will my data leave my systems during the audit?

No. The audit is an assessment, not an implementation. We work from process documentation, system screenshots, and structured interviews. No production data is moved or processed.

How does the audit fit with our existing CRM or ERP investment?

The audit is system-agnostic. We assess your existing platforms as part of the data readiness review. In most engagements, your existing CRM and ERP remain in place and become the systems of record that the AI operating layer reads from and writes to.
