Who we are
VeloBridge is a Sydney-based boutique consultancy built for Australian SMEs that need more than off-the-shelf software and less than an enterprise consulting engagement. We are senior operators and product leaders who put AI at the core of everything we do, which means we work at a pace and price that no traditional consultancy can match.
We work with small-to-medium enterprises through to smaller corporates, across any industry, including private equity and venture capital firms looking to lift capability across a portfolio. Our sweet spot is founder-led and owner-managed businesses of roughly 20 to 200 staff, where manual operations have become a constraint on growth.
We have delivered for businesses across veterinary services, manufacturing, insurance, and consumer goods.

Background across operations and finance, including compliance content delivery at scale across regulated sectors.
Andrew Yang
Supports client data and analytics alongside the firm's research analysis, focused on the practical end of data: cleaning and merging messy datasets and turning raw operational data into reporting a business can act on. Completing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics at UCLA.
